Welcome to our delivery service! Leeds Home Furniture offers a reliable delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer delivery all over the UK. 

 

Delivery rates are calculated based on the distance. The customers are provided with delivery rates during the checkout process, based on the destination of your order.

WARRANTY & RETURN Policy

1. Warranty Coverage:

 

● We offer a one-year warranty on all our furniture products, starting from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects and structural issues.

● This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

 

2. Exclusions:

 

● This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper care or cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

● It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

● Any alterations made to the original product will void the warranty.

● Beds must not be stamped on without a mattress, and harsh materials or chemicals should not be used on the fabrics. Damage resulting from customer negligence is not covered.

● Mattress issues will be addressed by thorough inspection, and we will replace the mattress if any material problems are found. However, damage caused by spillings or other customer actions will not be covered.

 

3. Inspection and Reporting:

 

● Customers are responsible for inspecting the furniture upon delivery.

● Any defects or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for warranty coverage.We are not liable for damages reported after this time frame.

● Customers should provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage for assessment.

● No refund will be provided due to the bespoke nature of furniture. Replacement will be arranged for genuine defects.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities:

● It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate space to transport the furniture to the desired location. We cannot be held responsible if the furniture does not fit or if damage occurs to the property during the transportation process due to limited space.

● Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of the furniture.

 

5. Payment Policy:

 

● Full payment is required upon delivery. Failure to pay at the time of delivery will result in the furniture being taken back, and the deposit will not be refunded. If any items from the order have been postponed to another date, the amount for the items delivered should be paid.

 

6. Variations in Pictures:

 

● Please note that slight variations may occur between the actual product and the pictures due to technical reasons. Therefore, comparisons based solely on pictures are not allowed.

 

7. No Refund, No Replacement:

 

● We don't offer replacement for items that are chosen incorrectly by the customer or deemed non-comfortable after delivery, as our products are bespoke. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

 

8. Warranty Claims Process:

 

● To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service team with their proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

● Our team will review the claim and may request additional information or arrange for an inspection if necessary.

 

9. Resolution Options:

 

● If the warranty claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective part or product, at our discretion.

● If a replacement is provided, it will be subject to product availability. In case the exact product is not available, we may offer a comparable alternative.

 

10. Transferability:

 

● This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

 

11. Limitation of Liability:

 

● Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products.

● We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

 

12. Modification of Terms:

 

● Leeds Home Furniture reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our warranty policy. We value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.
