Welcome to our delivery service! Leeds Home Furniture offers a reliable delivery service to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer delivery all over the UK. 

 

Delivery rates are calculated based on the distance. The customers are provided with delivery rates during the checkout process, based on the destination of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I make a return of my product?

If you wish to return the furniture which perfectly matches your order specifications, we're happy to offer an exchange or return, as long as you inform us within the return period which is 4 days. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service, nor do we refund the original delivery charge. Please note that the furniture must not have been tempered in any way.

 

To make the return, please follow the below steps:

 

1. Contact us by calling on 01133457330 or email us at leedshomefurniture@gmail.com and you will be forwarded an online form to be filled to let us know why you would like to do so. E-mail will be replied within 5 working days.

 

2. Make sure the furniture is packed in the same way as it is delivered and is in the original boxes. If you have not kept the original boxes, it is your responsibility to make sure the products are packed properly, we do not provide additional boxes.

 

3. It is your responsibility to send off the product to the address given to you. We will confirm once this is received, and the refund or exchange will be processed. If a refund is chosen, this will be done within 14 working days of us receiving your return. 

 

We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us and do not refund for or exchange the product.

 

How can I cancel a customized furniture ordered by me?

For all customized products, you have 48 hours to cancel your order from the moment you place your order with us after which we do not refund due to the bespoke nature of the manufactured product you have purchased.

What if my furniture is damaged on delivery?

In Leeds Home Furniture, we take utmost care of our products till it reaches our valuable customer. Rarely, if the furniture has a defect, we are here to help you. Please reassure that the product has no external defects before the driver set off and for any internal defects, kindly contact us on 01133457330 or email us at leedshomefurniture@gmail.com within 3 days. Sometimes, we may ask you to produce photographic evidence of damaged goods.

How my money will be refunded?

We’ll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.
